• Support of the whole team and responsibility for own tasks within this area
• Support the Private Banking EMEA COO in a broad variety of areas (strategy, communications, business analysis ad hoc tasks)
• Interface Management across the bank to ensure a smooth collaboration (e.g. Regional Management, Marketing, HR, Controlling, Corporate Real Estate)
• Leading role in the organization of the Private Banking EMEA onboarding program
• Preparation and creation of presentations and communications for the PB EMEA management
• Supporting role in the management of the key events (e.g. kick off meetings, top client advisor events, townhalls, roundtables)
• Global environment with challenging targets

Sie bieten

• A Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration from university or applied sciences
• Preferably first practical experiences in project management or in the area of banking and finance
• Proficient in German and English
• Analytical, conceptional and communicational skills
• High social competence as well as service and customer orientation
• Flexible, reliable and proactive personality
• Quick grasp, commitment and ability to work under pressure
• Very good MS-Office user skills (especially PowerPoint)
