- A customized introductory program (traineeship) of 12 months for graduates (bachelor or master) starting as soon as possible
- An individual training and development program
- Supporting role of the Market Group Head Intermediaries Business in rolling out the Intermediaries strategy across the Market Area
- Insight into the business segment
- Research tasks and involment in due diligence requirements
- Independent performance of data analysis
- Implementation of the intermediaries network within the Market Area
- Preparation of ad-hoc needs
You Offer
- A university-level degree (bachelor or master) preferably in Business Administration or Economics
- Preferably, work experience with a financial service provider or a law firm
- Proficiency in English and good German skills
- A winning personality, conceptual and communication skills
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
